Life is meant to be lived (now). I do believe that good work creates productive lives and communities. There is also a strong cultural bias on how much we should work . We push against this bias.

About Nicholas Rockwell

Education and experience spanning sales and marketing , interior design and commercial real estate development has given me a unique foundation with which to build the vision of Locale.

With over a 10 years of successful Commercial Real Estate brokerage between Calgary and Toronto in addition to having held various management positions within the automotive industry for over a decade coupled with the entrepreneurial drive and ambition as a partner in a Industrial Hemp Farming operation gives me the background and skills needed to help our clients achieve success.  Thriving in adversity and taking on new challenges for personal and professional growth is part of my enjoyment of life.

A dedicated husband and pet owner, I enjoy hobbies such as reading, basketball, swimming and learning new skills such and pottery throwing and horticulture. When I’m not here, I’m traveling to the Grenadines and other destinations to expand my knowledge through experiences. 

I enjoy taking in all the activities the lively City of Toronto offers and am committed to improving the City through the Locale Impact Program.
